What a gem! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the friendly and helpful staff, we knew we were in for a treat. The location is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains from our bedroom. Despite a few minor setbacks, the staff did their best to make us feel comfortable and accommodate our needs. The breakfast buffet, served by a lovely lady, was a delightful start to our day. The hotel's security and parking were top-notch, and the convenient bus service allowed for easy access to the city center. The staff truly went above and beyond, providing personalized services and even arranging for a physician when I fell ill. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the comfortable beds and crisp linens ensured a restful sleep. The showers were heavenly, and the historical charm of the place was awe-inspiring. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, with exceptional food and a knowledgeable wait staff who guided us through the impressive wine list. our stay at this hidden gem was a pleasant surprise, and we highly recommend it for a unique and enjoyable experience.

We had a memorable stay during a business trip.
All in all - we truly enjoyed this place & would have extended the stay. Everything was great, it had great wifi, no complains at all. Exceptionally comfortable bed, room was outstanding, with a large living room and a big window. The staff was amazing and fabulous when we had questions. The location of the hotel was marvellous - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Parc du Vallon.

The food, the decor, the cleanliness - all perfect. The helpful and pleasant staff are a real asset to the hotel. The secure car park was great, as was proximity to the motorway. Lovely views from our bedroom out to the mountains.
Felt like family, no complaints.

I stayed at a beautiful property with a lovely garden and a historic villa feel. The interior of the property was amazing, giving me the sense of touching history. The breakfast area had a charming view of the garden, and the cozy green yard added to the calm and cozy atmosphere. The convenience of on-site parking meant I didn't have to worry about where to leave my car. The staff were pleasant and helpful, making me feel like a welcomed guest. The location was great, with easy access to Lyon city centre.
There was nothing negative to say about my stay. 😊

The room is stylishly decorated with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom is spacious. The breakfast is decent, with a variety of continental meats, cheeses and pastries, but could be improved. The staff is welcoming and friendly, making for a pleasant stay.
The hotel lacks adequate staffing, leaving guests waiting and feeling neglected.

The hotel has a convenient location, with easy access to the motorway. The food was quite tasty, and it was great to have a tapas-style menu that gave us the freedom to choose what we wanted to eat. The outside dining area was charming and refreshing, which provided a nice atmosphere to enjoy our meals.
Our room had no lift, and the light switches were very confusing, turning off or on all of the lights. The portions during dinner were quite small, and the fish slice was tiny for the price we paid.

The hotel's setting was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful front garden and a grand appearance. The reception staff were welcoming and efficient. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast offered a variety of continental options, as well as scrambled eggs and bacon. The hotel's location, although outside of the main city, was conveniently serviced by a bus stop right outside the gates, offering easy access to the heart of town.
There were a few disappointing aspects of the hotel. the use of paper cups for coffee was unexpected and not what I would have expected in France.

It was a good choice for Easter weekend, close to the motorway and conveniently located for our road trip. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast included a good selection of food, which was fresh and tasty. The secure car park was a plus.
In general, the service lacked in some areas. Staff seemed uninterested and could have been more attentive.

Parking was ample and easily accessible. I also loved the fact that it was located very close to a big shopping mall, making it convenient to stock up on supplies. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay all the more enjoyable. Lastly, the restaurant was absolutely fabulous, serving some of the best food I've ever tasted.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
